It is always great customer service. The bank is always clean and all the employees are very nice and always smiling.. I give it a 10/10…..
My debit card expired June 25th 2025. I came to this bank on July 1st to update my address and get a new debit card sent to that address. July 11th still no debit card so I go to the United Bank by Ruby memorial and ask them to see if a new debit card actually got sent out. They ask me if my OLD address is one they should send it to. So the guy that “ helped” me at this bank by the waterfront never updated my address and I will be without a debit card for a month most likely over a month because of how slow mailing goes. I love this branch, they are super friendly and helpful.and they recognize me when I come in.and give my dog a treat when we go through the drive through when I have him with me.
