Called and ask for a bank manger the lady that picked up the phone was very disrespectful, all because I asked for a bank manager smh, we don't need these banks that treat us like shit in our community
This bank customer service was patient, friendly, and accessible. They helped by writing notes and made communication easy for a deaf customer. They also helped solve the fraud issue with my debit card.
