Dr. Dealt with Tina Mastello on a very serious matter, and she gave me so much misinformation it put me in financial difficulty. Got the run around and many many weeks later, finally got the correct information from another person. Not happy.
United Bank is like no other bank!!! I am 50 years old and this is by far the best bank I have EVER dealt with. Having a personal banker can't compare to getting some "customer service rep" to help you. Kelley S. - you are the best!!
A great place to bank! I have been banking with United Bank for many years now and the service can't be beat. They have no hidden fees, all their charges are up front, and their website is easy to use.
Great service! We needed a notary public during a snowstorm and both of our then downtown Westfield banks could not help us. We walked into United Bank on a whim, got our notarization and they got two new customers. Very service oriented!
Personal Banker We have been using United Bank for years and never had a problem. Our personal banker is Karen Webb and she is always going above and beyond for her customers.
Full service We have been using United Bank forever. They are always very friendly and there is always enough staff so you don't have to wait. We have had mortgages through them. Rates are average. Thank goodness you opened the second drive thru teller.
Friendly bank you can trust I have used United for years now. They are always very courteous and eager to help if you have questions. They are also very kid friendly. I love their new location on Southampton Road with the drive thru ATM. It makes quick withdrawals on my way home from work a snap.
I've been going their for years!!!! I like using United Bank because it is easy to get to and the service is fast and pleasent. the lines are never long and the people are always nice to my children.
United has remained a "small town bank" One of the reasons I have banked with United for the past 25 years is the "small town bank" feel each time I walk through the door. The employees know my name and are always very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend United!
