I use this bank for my auto loan. Would not suggest to use the nightly drop off box. Twice now my payments have been "lost."
I have been a client of United Bank for more than 6 years, it's a great bank because have the right account for the right people. I started banking with Chevy Chase Bank like 20 years ago until Capital One bought it and they started charging non sense fees. Then I closed the account and went to Wachovia, same thing when Wells Fargo bought it. United Bank does not charge maintenance fee.
