call three and four times to get things corrected and they still aren't right.
Been with this bank since it took over my small community bank a while back. Account started in 2008 when I was 16 for an emergency fund. The whole plan was to have it there in case I needed it. Besides all of the times I had to go reactivate the savings account I didn't really have a problem with them. I don't tend to check more than if my account is dormant when it comes to savings since it's just supposed to sit there and grow. Customer service is great! I love being able to use live tellers for almost any time of day. The mobile app is great and very up to date and helpful.
