I love United Bank! All the employees and tellers are all so nice. I also like that they tell you to have a blessed day!
Love my bank! An actual person answers the phone and customer service makes sure to take good notes. They also communicate with other departments instead of basically saying, that's not my job and forcing you to repeat yourself. <3
I have been using the bank bill pay since it was started but yesterday was the first time to use the new way of billpay...I was not given a confirmation number like before..I don't like this new way .. Therefore, I guess I'll pay my bills directly to the companies..new is not always good..if it ain't broke don't fix it..
MY wife withdrew 720 dollars,,from the ATM in Griffin,,it came out in All 20 dollar bills ,,ok before she could get it all out the freaking time ran out and the door closed,,160 dollars sucked back in,,,they wouldn't do shit and were rude,,we called police and made a report,,,they stole her 160. ,,this is her ssi money from a government card,,,this is not over,,dirty as hell,
