I would NOT recommend this bank. They are behind the times or something. Everytime I go to use my card it declines. When I called the bank asking why my card kept declining they were super rude and told me basically it wasn’t true because nothing was showing it was declined. Yet the card won’t even let me buy anything and I have to use cash or another card. Therefore the card is NOT working, It’s extremely frustrating. Trey was the epitome of customer service. I had my deposit incorrect and he corrected it and helped me with my cash. Brianna was also courteous and friendly.
