The most unhelpful people I've ever experienced during travel. Traveling with 2 kids is hard enough. I went through the check in line twice and they kept sending me back without clear direction about what they needed me to do. They wouldn't just help me at the desk and on top of that they were super rude. Makes me never want to fly united again. Always late and delay never booking with the. Again
I’m placing in this review here as there is no United Airlines here in Google to add a review. I submitted a request to be added to Google this was denied for some reason. I've flown with United Airlines a few times. My experiences have been great. I a couple of times I was upgraded to First class seating due to my Platinum status in 2022/2023. The crew and customer service agents have all been nice and excited to assist you with smiles. Check in process and boarding have been pretty quick and easy.
