I walked in to request a serpentine belt, and the guy stated that he was not willing to look it up because he was the only employee there. The two minutes it would have taken him to grab the belt off. The wall was too much for him. I recommend younger, more capable employees. If this is the type of service you have to offer.
Worst parts store around! The lady behind the glass is so rude! Callin me vulgar names and swearing at me. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL Markie the manager definitely has some Underlying issues when she’s swearin at customers
