These idiots stripped my oil filter housing while doing a simple oil change and didnt want to admit thier mistake. Plus they will oversell and overcharge on almost every part. The same day i bought a used tire which didnt last 24 hour before it got flat.
Took a 2020 Kia Optima in to diagnose/fix a passenger seat occupancy issue. They had the car all day, and called back saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue. They said it was the passenger seat occupancy sensor (which I already knew) but didn’t know where they could even get a sensor to replace it, let alone how to fix it. They charged me $185 to just unplug the sensor so the sensor wouldn’t go off while driving, as well as disconnecting the airbag in the process.
