Terrible people, I went to retrieve my property and I had several things on my windshield some held with mere suction cups, one was a plastic license plate and another was a sighted sign, the signs wires were ripped out from the sign and the plastic plate was put in the plastic bag and it broke into pieces. My dash cam they pulled or yanked the wiring on it and broke the case that has the GPS sensor so they destroyed a $200 dash cam. They stole all my stuff. Midway kentucky $1500 worth of stuff. They didn’t wanna show me any pictures of when the car arrived. They said they delete the photos after the person picks up the vehicle when I know that’s False When they had just literally handed me the keys right there. I've been trying to call to pick up my belongings and continuously get no answer, just a recording advising an agent with reach out to me shortly. I also tried to set an appointment online with no luck there either. The website says no walk-ins, "no exceptions", but how else can I get my stuff if I can't even get ahold of anyone to even answer the phone or call me back? I have a job and only so much time to get my shit!
Left 3 messages take an appointment ti get my belongings out of the car and no one can call back. I'll be up there first thing tomorrow morning to see if you can ignore me in person. I bet you can't
