This business is a TOTAL SCAM! I traded in my Audi on January 5 that needed an engine replacement per Firestone (which I told them and they were fully aware of). I got a Lincoln from their lot. I put 12k down with my trade in and they claimed they were a platinum dealer with Capital One and had a great relationship which is who my Audi's car loan was with and is who the Lincoln loan is with. Eek! Methinks not. We bought our car on June 17, 2020. I immediately took it to my mechanic. The car is overall good, but there's an oil leak. He didn't remove any of the many obstructions to see the exact problem as he wasn't charging for the inspection. I called UAX and was told to bring the car in and get a loaner. The loaner was dirty and smelly. We gave that a pass because we didn't intend on driving it daily. That was on June 19. Today is June 26. We still don't have our car.
