Driving down 65 in mobile tonight and a tow strap flew out of the back of uniteds truck and hit my vehicle. What dumbass doesn't properly secure that? Apparently these folks! Could have went through my windshield and caused serious bodily harm! Not cool Tried to call, no answer so a review it is and I'll surly be calling tomorrow

Iam terrified of what my findings will be omg I’ve heard ugly things about the company in its entirety starting with the 18 attempts to retrieve my vehicle not to mention they have been holding my car for 8 extra days claiming they have not received the relief from financial institution however it had been submitted several days prior so now I’ve finally received the relief and that was only because I was able to merge the call and then only did the bootleg rep try to act professionally I’m praying now for a speedy release I... read more
