On God this was one of the most frustrating experiences ever for my friend and I. The location does not have a working phone number. You can only come get your vehicle between 9am-1:30pm. My friend ubered during his lunch break for a 1pm appointment to the address that he was given. He arrived at 12:30 THIS PLACE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. My car was towed to the Atlanta location and I was a little skeptical when I arrived to the location because the doors were locked so I knocked on the door really light just to see if someone would come to the door but then I noticed that the hours of operation are posted on the door so between 12pm and 1pm the building is closed for lunch. I kept getting phone calls on my land line from this company. My son had signed for a business truck in Florida while his boss was serving a jail term in another state. Once his boss came home he was deleted from the company records by his boss. That left a truck he had signed for going into reposession. Today a tow truck showed up, and the recovery agent said that my son told them that the truck was at my house. That was a lie. They have come to my house 4 different times for someone that doesnt live at my address. I have showed them my identification, the paperwork that I own the house proving I am not the poeple they are looking for on their second visit. The third visit they came at 3 am. Tonight they parked in front of my house and just sat there. I had to expain this is a private subdivision not public the streets are not maitained by the city etc. These people are losers.
