This place is desperately in need of an upgrade. There is no AC, no changing rooms, and the bathrooms are terrible—the lights take a long time to turn on, and one faucet has been broken for over a year (management put up a note telling you to twist it hard to stop the dripping). I’ve been working out at UAC for almost a year, and I absolutely love it! The gym is never overcrowded, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is consistently clean and well-maintained. The entire facility is kept spotless, which makes every workout enjoyable. It’s truly a unique gym with a great atmosphere. ❤️
Big gym equipment packed into small comfortable setting. UAC is a great place. Peak hours are busy, but never too busy, I really enjoy it.
This gym has facilitated me breaking multiple state records. I will continue to lift here because I love it and the people that come work hard with me.
Everything you need and very clean too. Highly recommend UAC to all levels of fitness and strength training. The quality for the price is exceptional.
