Damon provided excellent relialable service, and performed multiple scheduled appraisals on one day, driving across LA traffic to meet my schedule. HeFollowed up on the precise scheduled times requested, and provided excellent thourough reports for great price. I hight recommend Damon and his company.
Beware. Unprofessional, a hassle & inaccurate. Their estimate was 300k under the other 2 estimates despite being the most expensive. The report was riddled with flaws like saying that the house has 1 less bedroom and 2 less bathrooms than it does even though there are pictures of all the bedrooms and bathrooms on the last page of the report. This was also the only appraiser who asked us to provide documentation of permits and house floor plan. It also took them 2 months to send the report. Terrible experience all around
