Just like other reviews I wish I could give this company a 0 STAR!!! Technician came out was extremely rude and didn't even have his own step stool. Had to provide. Said needed 2 parts and needed to order and would contact my HSA Warranty company. Took pictures and told HSA that due to Misuse and Abuse the microwave shorted out. Home Warranty Company wouldn't cover the repair but I could pay United Appliance $275 to fix my 21 year old microwave. That would be a big NO.
