I was looking at a rental property they were managing and after contacting the agent multiple times he finally got me a date to go and see it. I saw the property and decided I would like to rent it. He emailed me the rental agreement after I had to again contact him multiple times Then in the contract they wanted me to pay 100 dollars deductible for ANY repair.
