Not the best experience. She told us we were getting a 5% rate (this was back in May) but then when we were more advanced in the process and she sent the closing detail we realized she got us points to lower the rate. The reason we chose her was that she was our realtor's prefer lender but our backup lender was getting us the same rate without points.
