I'm a listing agent who accepted an approval from Brad Ticehurst, on the days leading up to the close date he badmouthed his client and said that she was not cooperating. I asked him for an update via email on many occasions and always said it was coming and never did. Be careful who you work with, these people will not do what they say and just waist your time.
