UPDATE: Oct 2025 Desiree is still here treating customers with incredible disrespect. Now it looks like she’s in some kind of supervisor position. This is just sad how she is treating these people. It’s obvious United doesn’t actively monitor reviews. I fly very regularly. The chubby Hispanic 30ish woman is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. This place ain’t NEVER open when you need it to be. Do yourself a favor if you got the 2pm flight. Don’t get here til 1. They might be ready by then. No food or drinks outside of the TSA checkpoint so there is nowhere to hang out except out side this stupid place. Do better United!
