Always a good experience flying with United. If you have a long layover the lounge pass is worth it!!!
With my flight back home I am hoping United redeems itself with a working bathroom on the plane. I can easily change this rating with a pleasant experience. I realize the planes are smaller but a bathroom that isnt working for 3 hours is not acceptable anywhere you are stuck in the air. I intend to make a call on this one. And for the record, no, we were not told or earned before boarding.
I have Gold Status on your airline plus American. Your United Hotels app is terrible. You start it and it says your session has expired. Then it takes you to the WRONG home page. You have to refresh to log in. There is No canceled or completed history of reservations It often goes into just a spinning loop. You have to refresh and start again. It's a nuisance to use.
