Other than the unscheduled stop on the tarmac for an hour and 1/2 in Honolulu. Everything was wonderful. If we would've known we were stopping in Hawaii, we would've changed our flight to stay there awhile. Can't share any pics from the unscheduled stop, it was pitch black outside. Photos I did share are from the airport in Melbourne Australia

Flights were on time, service was excellent and accommodations were not lacking. United airlines club lounge was a nice place as well. Good job United and be flying your airline again soon

I recently flew with United Airlines, and the experience left me with a lot of positive impressions. The highlight of the flight was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the flight attendant, Barbara. What truly amazed me was that she recognized us three weeks after our last flight and greeted us personally on board with a warm smile. I love to Fly United. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and no real hiccups along my travel journeys with them. To find out they carry my fav whiskey on board was a special treat. In flight staffs thoughtful gesture for my 🎂 Birthday.. was a very pleasant surprise! 🥰 Thank you!
