Good flight from PHX to LAX. Aircraft was clean and new due to it being the Max-8. Landing was nice and the crew was friendly. Had no troubles at the airport and the flight wasn't delayed, even left early. Family with a toddler was a bit annoying but can't be too rude as they are young. Would recommend for shorter trips. Or just book Southwest

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience with United Airlines! I recently flew with United Airlines and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, the staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, and the boarding process was well-organized. Good experience. From Dallas to Cali. Good and friendly staff. Airplane was clean (for an airplane). To watch and connect to their network while flying, you need to use Safari, it won’t work with Chrome. Good amount of movies. I liked the little sanitizer wipe I got when boarding. My wife forgot her purse on the plane, they were pretty fast trying to locate it. Awesome work!

Horrible experience with finding service help on-site or virtually. No communication at the gate about delay after delay. The $15 vouchers are a joke cannot even eat a meal at LAX for that. Plus the vouchers don't even work and reissuing failed also. Flight rescheduled for 9:22pm but nobody can give us information on if it will really happen. If you fly United be careful about not being taken care of and a lack of customer care.
