I had them install 3 units in my house. over the last 8 years I used them and had a service contract. They came today to give me a quote to install 2 attic fans. over $8,000 was the quote! How do you even say it with a straight face. While the guy was there I googled how much attic fans cost. the most expensive one i could find was about $1,000. I guess that is what happens when Private Equity buys your company. Unreal. Good bye UAT.
It's been 4 months, and the work is still is not completed.I'm still waiting for y'all to come and get my heat working.
The company called saying it was time for a tune up. It wouldn't cost anything. The company was made aware that I was out of work for a concussion. I look at my bank account and had a 400 dollar charge. They said it was from signing the contract at the bottom for renewal. I have text messages informing the company of their responses when I said I was out of work. I will never recommend this company. This should of been made clear on the initial visit The company has taken care of everything
