In January my heat went out, turn out the pipe is frozen, told me I need a whole new unit , which was 5800$ and their company have financing available , I ask can they unfreeze the pipes for me, they told me they can’t because it will happen again,, call another company, they came out and unfreeze it for me for bout 150$ , well there you go folks, these companies love to tell you lies, I’m a single mother and a home owner, struggling to make ends meet, and we have company like these so disappointing and scary in this world
