I was assigned United Air Temp through Am. Home Shield service request. Two guys were sent out. One was "shadowing", observing/training in residential HVAC. Between the THREE OF US the leak was determined to be a HVAC PVC pipe leak in the wall. They did not have the tools to sufficiently get into the wall, cut the sheet rock. I can only give 3 stars since UAT needed to schedule a return to fix the leak next week.
My experience was great. Deven was professional and keep me updated on my repair on my ac unit. Exceptional service. I would most definitely use this company again, if he is the technician.
