I've had 10 appointments over a 2 month period and I'm still without heat in the winter. They've replaced the defrost board and sensor, the exterrnal thermal expansion valve, and the internal thermal expansion valve. At that point, they told me that the heat strips and unit were undersized for my home. I've owned my home for 10 years and never had this problem.
