Got a second opinion from United Air Temp. They were awesome. They answered all my questions, gave me the straight scoop on work that needed to be done versus might not need to be done and provided a great level of assurance that the original company would be okay to continue moving forward with. I've had 10 appointments over a 2 month period and I'm still without heat in the winter. They've replaced the defrost board and sensor, the exterrnal thermal expansion valve, and the internal thermal expansion valve. At that point, they told me that the heat strips and unit were undersized for my home. I've owned my home for 10 years and never had this problem. United Air Temp has become my preferred HVAC service technicians. They make scheduling easy and have helped us a lot with an older system under a home warranty that needs to be replaced, which we plan to have to then do soon. Mario definitely saved the day!

Terrible service. They sent some salesman instead of technicians! They were supposed to call the insurance and follow up with me, but they did not. I have called them at least 5 times and waited for a week, but no follow up. This is embarrassing! They have no idea what they are doing. They just want to sell their products and services through the insurance company. AHS is better off to cancel this company contract because they are not technicians, they are just bunch of phony salesman trying to rip of the customers. Very dis... read more
