Been without heat for a month due to dealing with UAT. Kept pushing my appointments back. Once the issue got “fixed” my furnace got red-tagged due to them not installing a part properly. Truly terrible time dealing with them. Not very professional except for one person I dealt with. Everyone else that came didn’t even have a uniform on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had an AC unit not cooling, they sent out a fairly inexperienced guy who advised there's a leak but he could not find any leaks. The next day they sent out a manager to talk to me about options, he was misleading about numerous things, just pushing me to upgrade the entire system. Asked him to send me quotes for mid and high-end systems, he sent me only quotes for high-end systems and the quotes were very unprofessional. Call line Operators are courteous, they are able to make weekend calls. Service Technician (John) has worked persistently to help fix an AC problem I've had. I've called 2 other companies in the past year and so far all they did was refill my refrigerant and recommend cleaning (both of which have been done). Company is an absolute joke. Was sent to this company by my homeowners warranty (AHS). After 3 visits by multiple technicians and 'temporary fixes', was waiting a week for a part to come in. The night before the repair was to be done, was notified that the repair and appointment was being cancelled. After multiple calls and waiting on hold for >30 minutes, was notified that Dave (the HVAC supervisor) had cancelled the appointment without any cause.
