As I had several follow ups to end an unfinished job supposed to be done by this company at the end I had to get that job done by another company due to the poor and arrogant attitudes of this company’s employees! Not recommended at all

$378 for 15 minutes to be on the site but we’re not able to fix or do anything. An schedule was done for them to come next day to fix or see what needed to be done, but never received a call until I called them to let only me know that they were very busy and none could come this week and I need to call someone else if I need the heating system to be fixed right away.
Amazing company with good people. We had an emergency AC issue on a hot day. Our baby has a heart condition and is prone to seizures if over-heated. Our house was measuring at 91 degrees inside after our AC stopped working. Even though it was a Sunday night, United responded immediately and fixed our problem. We are so grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND United. Thank you and God bless the people who work here.
