Happy Customer I recently had a stressful move only to find that the A/C at my new location wasn't working properly. United Air Conditioning came out the same day and solved the problem and charged a reasonable rate. The technician was prompt and courteous. I will not hesitate to contact them for all of my air conditioning needs.
Very Happy United takes care of my house and my husbands business. Our unit at home shut down a few years ago on a weekend we called several companies, United was the only company that responded. Even though it was late their service guy was extremely courteous and had us up and running that night.
Beware of this Con Artist Beware these people are Con Artist. I had a fan motor replaced for over $500 dollars. The motor broke exactly one month past the one year warranty and they would not work with me. They wanted to charge me full price to replace the motor again. I had the motor replaced by a reliable company who said that United??s motor was the cheapest motor you could buy. I am glad that I did not go with United to replace again. It would be the same story over again next year. Beware of Wolves!!!
Extremely Pleased with United We called two well known HVAC companies to review the aging air conditioning system in our 3,600-sq-ft home. United's review and explanation was far superior than the other, well-known company. The installation went exactly as explained, and the new heat pump system is functioning perfectly. The salesperson and technicians were courteous, professional -- and they cleaned up the work area so you wouldn't even know they were there.
Unhappy very Unsatisfied We went to try United because of the review below... beware this company is poor on communication. I have had two dealings thus far, one to replace a fan and two to replace the fan they originally replaced. Poor communication between the techs and the main business is apparent. I sat and waited a week for them to order the "correct manufactures" fan and reschedule an appointment with me. Today after calling to find the status of this order. Air conditioning and heating We had the guys at Untied Air Conditioning off of Belcher Road in Largo replace out air conditioning a couple of years ago. We couldn't have been happier with their service. We felt like their prices were reasonable and they treated us like valued costumers.
