With the late Maine snow, having a brand new snow blower NOT work is the worst. United AG & Turf was the only company to get back to me after leaving a message. They came and picked up the snow blower and then dropped it back off running like it was meant to run with tips on how to keep it running smoothly. Seriously LOVED my experience!!
A bit disappointed.. We ordered a tractor at least five weeks ago and were given a two week time frame for the tractor to be in with the attachments. This then turned into a five week estimated time so we decided to change to a different tractor that we really didn’t want to begin with that we could get so we decided to switch. We are now six weeks after our original order and we don’t have either of the two tractors. We have been dealing with Carrie Kerry the “GM”.
