General Manager Aron of United Ag & Turf stated on 1/26/26 on a recorded line that he hopes to lose his company's registered contract with Ariens. I have been in repeated contact with both Ariens and United Ag & Turf, who installed an our auger backwards (as an authorized Ariens dealership as advertised by them) - I encourage all previous customers with similar experiences to fully document their encounters with this company and to seek immediate legal representation. I own over $45,000 worth of Deere equipment. They are no longer open on Saturday mornings, and the hours during the week are working hours to make revenue. What awful service, I can't believe I am going to say this, but they need to learn something from Chevy.
