Only 5 stars? Consider this a 10-star review. United is a truly customer service-focused operation. Our JD tractor/snowblower failed during a snowstorm. We called United at 8:30AM to inform them of the problem. We live 40 miles away. In less than an hour, a tech was on site and had the machine up and running immediately. We love our JD equipment and United!
Poor service rude employees not what it used to be with these new owners
We cannot say enough good things about John Deere (United Ag & Turf) in North Haverhill, New Hampshire, and especially about Mark, the Service Manager. Running a working farm and sanctuary means our equipment is not a luxury, it is essential to the daily care of our Rescues. Our Gators are on the front lines every single day, carrying feed, hay, and supplies, and helping us care for more than 100 Rescues in all weather, all seasons.
