My John Deere X350 was having issues. I contacted North Haverhill location and they acted quickly. They picked up my vehicle within 2 days and had it fixed and returned the next week. I also was pleasantly surprised to see how clean my John Deere was after they not only fixed it but also cleaned it. I will definitely get my X350 serviced here in the future as they were so pleasant to work with.
This is a great place to buy anything John Deere. My husband and I worked with Tom Mayo in Sales to figure out which machinery would be the best fit for our residential land projects. Purchased a new 3 Series tractor on 06/26/26. Dealer sales representative Michael Thompson was an amazing source of in depth knowledge about all of the available options and tractors that would best suit my needs. I would highly recommend him if your looking for excellent customer service and knowing his products. He also arranged for super fast delivery to get tractor dropped off to me 2 days after signing deal. This was my second tractor he has sold me. Definitely will be returning to see him for the next one!
