Order part, they called said it was in. I called them to ask them to hold the part. They assured me it would be here for me to pick it up. Arrived at store people were working on “different “ things. Waited for 30 minutes and they couldn’t find it. Finally got manager involved and he after he waited 10 minutes to help me, he found it put back in stock. One hour wasted

Thank you UAT Parts for helping me find parts for my Cub Cadet. Case wouldn't even give me the time of day but Brad looked up the parts i needed online and cross them over to Deere parts i could use. He even pointed me to a website that i could use for the parts that he couldn't cross over. Great Customer service. My next mower will be a Deere. Thank You!!!
