It was a tremendous pleasure dealing with the folks at United Ag and Turf of Clirton Park. I purchased a landscape rake for my tractor and they were incredibly helpful and informative. Had a great experience with this particular united Ag & turf. Al in the parts department was super helpful and quick with helping me identify the part I needed. And went above and beyond to ensure we got it asap! He deserves recognition for his aptitude for great customer service!
Paul was very informative and took the time to explain how the mower works. Spike delivered the mower and took the time to show me around and explained how things worked. Very pleased with the overall experience.
Very dissatisfied with United Ag and Turf. Our John Deere mower was in need of service and the first round was fine, pricey but it needed some help (new battery, flat tire, etc). Then after one mow the battery stopped working and the flat tire returned. We tried to reach back out to have it picked up for more service but it was impossible to get ahold of them. When we finally did, we were told it would be picked up a week later and we'd be charged $200 just for pickup, even though the things that were needed were "addressed ... read more
