Went to United for a new lawn tractor as I have bought all my Stihl equipment and parts from them over the years and have always had great service. Paul pointed out the differences in the different models I was not aware of and we worked out a deal. I took a cable in that was for the blade engage for the deck. They knew right away it what it was and got the cable and checked me out. They told me if I need anything come back.
Paul the salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations when I ordered the tractor. Delivery of the tractor was made by Spike on time. He provided a demonstration and clear instructions were provided.
