Had a mower with multiple problems and they were able to fix them all. Mower runs great now. Ask for Jason, he was very informative and helpful.
Having dealt with my share of STEALERshipd over the past 57 years, I am happy to say the John Deere folks at United are NOT one of those! I cussed and sweated under my mower for three days before I surrendered to having someone who knew what they were doing to address the problem. An errant limb had derailed my main drive belt. The in-store service department is phenomenal! The few times I have needed their services, they have been quick to troubleshoot the problem and provide a fast repair to get my equipment back in the hay field.
Always get excellent service in a timely manner, could not ask for a better group of guys than the ones that run the Parts and Service department out of Tyler.
Belt fell off lawnmower. Called and was told it would be around $140 plus $75 pickup. Received invoice and they took it upon themselves to put new blades on. Did not ask!! Bill came to $313!.... Last year the belt BROKE and they put a NEW belt on and also replaced blades WITHOUT ASKING. That bill was $309. Do not use this place for service! Also, I will be putting this same review under the John Deere website bc apparently it goes by 2 different names.
