Had an excellent experience purchasing a new skid steer. Salesman was very helpful. Listened to what I needed in a machine and suggested one that fit what I needed. Highly recommended!
My husband came home furious because he drove 1.5 hors for a part that no one could find after ge arrived. The salesman had already left, and the other salesmen could only say things like, it's 5 o'clock and we're ready to go home. One girl working the counter. Three guys sitting in office and not assisting. Poor customer. A waste of time and gas money. Three hour round trip for a smart aleck comment from a salesman.
Called to speak with parts on hold for over 20 minutes. Went in and had same wait. Would not be here if I didn't have to be.
