I experienced terrible communication multiple times with this bank, while buying my first car. Once I got all of that figured out I thought I was in the clear, but another issue came up. They messed documents up with the DMV so I was driving with plates that weren’t in the system anymore. Overall I had a very poor experience and wouldn’t recommend. Unless spending two hours in the DMV sounds fun, I wouldn’t use United advantages for a car loan.

We always have to wait for a teller, even sometimes when there is no line. The tellers take calls so the patrons who are in front of them have to wait until they get off of the phone. I find this annoying

I have been a member since 2008 and the service has always been awesome! The staff is friendly and the Killingsworth branch looks really nice after their remodel. The biggest thing for me is the perks that they offer that you can't find most other places, like the holiday skip pays or being able to pay weekly on my home loan. Those things make a difference. Its also important to me to be with a credit union, who has the member in mind, as opposed to a bank who is going to be working for the shareholders.

I have had nothing but great service from this credit union. Betty Jo and Camron are the best! They have always helped me with the things I need in a fast and friendly matter. They have always got me the best rates and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend them for any financial needs.
