Ronnie was very professional and was very patient with listening to my needs despite my hearing problems.
I've used United Access vans repeatedly to take my 95 mother-in-law to the doctor, church and family gathers. The vans are new, clean, and drive easily. Suzanne is always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend United Access to anyone who needs to safely and easily transport a loved one in a wheelchair.
I am a customer of the service department and they have been AMAZING every time!! I have had 2 really big safety problems that came up that they fixed right away!!! I have had other appointments and their Customer care is phenomenal. I used go to another company but have changed to United Access bc of their great customer service! Thank you Dustin, Janelle, Dewitt & Robert! Life savers for sure!
This is a wonderful service - they make it super easy to rent a handicap accessible van/suv. Extremely professional and friendly. I'll definitely recommend and use them again!
