I am a customer of the service department and they have been AMAZING every time!! I have had 2 really big safety problems that came up that they fixed right away!!! I have had other appointments and their Customer care is phenomenal. I used go to another company but have changed to United Access bc of their great customer service! Thank you Dustin, Janelle, Dewitt & Robert! Life savers for sure!

I live in ABQ, NM but am from CO. My mom lives in Denver and had a stroke. Following the stroke, my mom was d/c’d from the hospital to a rehab, where things went incredibly awry. Long story short, I needed to get mom out and to ABQ. I spoke with both Janelle and Suzanne and both women were so incredibly nice and helpful.
