I’ve been coming to United Access for 15 years. I’ve never had better customer service. They don’t try to upsell things you really don’t need, really cares about customers, understand how important it is for people with disabilities to be comfortable and safe. Excellent mechanics and staff. I can’t say enough good things about them
United Access can’t be beat! I purchased a used van and it was our first ADA van. Robert has been so helpful in guiding us through the process. His care to attention and top notch service was incredible!

Ronnie was very professional and was very patient with listening to my needs despite my hearing problems.
I've used United Access vans repeatedly to take my 95 mother-in-law to the doctor, church and family gathers. The vans are new, clean, and drive easily. Suzanne is always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend United Access to anyone who needs to safely and easily transport a loved one in a wheelchair.
