I am 56 years old, and this is undoubtedly the most absurd, sloppy, and flat-out deceptive quote I have ever received from any company in my entire life. If you are disabled or caring for a disabled family member, PLEASE double-check their math and their invoices before giving this business a dime. I/we have purchased two vehicles from United Access in Carrollton, TX. Both times were with the sales person, Mark. My husband recently passed away and I needed to sell our handicap accessible van and went back to United Access in Carrollton, TX. Jordan, Mgr, was very kind, compassionate and great to work with. I was able to sell back the van and use that money to put towards another vehicle for my use. I highly recommend United Access in Carrollton, TX for purchase, repairs and to sell back a handicap conversion van.
I had a very positive experience with trading our Ford E350 van to a Toyota Sienna van at this location. The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and they didn't make us feel like we were bothering them, they made it clear they wanted us to secure the vehicle we were happy with.
