Ive been a customer at United Access for over 13 years and have had no complaints.Ive always been treated very well. Recommended them to lots of friends.

These people are rude and they overcharge. They have a monopoly in the Springfield area and they know it. They know that people in the area have no other choice except to drive 80 miles to Joplin. They know that disabled & wheelchair-bound need their services in order to be independent & they take advantage of this. I understand how capitalism works but this is outrageous.
