If you want an elevator company that will price gouge you in an emergency, and is non-responsive leaving you in the lerch then look no further than UNITEC. Nothing more unprofessional than avoiding your calls and emails.
I wouldn’t even give one star. The attached photo driver almost hit my car in NYC, proceeded to curse me out and and started swerving into me. I wouldn’t even consider hiring a mentally unstable person like this for my business.

After buying Pride and service elevator company Unitech was suppose to continue our services, but were unable to figure out the system in our elevator to keep it running without it shutting off when people riding in it. I asked a for supervisor number and no one had any number available. i was also told a week ago that a supervisor was coming to our site and never showed up. I would not recommend this company to any facility in need of elevator services.
