Like so many others, our practice had an extremely disappointing experience with Unitas PPO. We were sold on promises of expert support and a 10%+ increase in revenue — but what we received was delay after delay, vague responses, costly errors, and a complete lack of accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. Unitas Dental was a huge waste of money and time. Their team lacked knowledge and pushed projects back to us, wasting $35,000+ in internal resources with no ROI. We were promised a 10% return to offset the $9,000 annual cost, which never happened.
