I have had a very poor experience with Unitas and would like to advise other dentists to use a different company for credentialing. I quickly learned that they do not uphold their end of the sales pitch. After the initial 90-day waiting period, no issue requests were filed. I had to ask multiple times for issue requests to be sent to umbrella companies.
