Pathetic customer service. Brand new rack and pinion conversion kit for 1956 Ford Thunderbird Leaked immediately when underload. Leaking from friction fitting on rack tube and Is not coming from the hydraulic line If they( unisteer/ Maval Inc ) ever invested in quality control or customer service for that matter I'm sure these reviews would be different. Garbage product and company.
Customer service sucks. I called and waited on hold for 15 mins before I had to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back. When I called again and talked to someone, they couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and hung up.

Their products are good quality at a good price, but dealing with their customer service has been trying. When I’m asking for specific information about the technical side of their rack and pinions, anything beyond the brochure is met with, “if your mustang is a 79, then you need this.” God forbid you have a modified, custom built suspension on your car and just trying to determine what rack will work with your setup. You’d be better off buying all of them and finding out for yourself.
Called twice. You are on hold until you finally receive a message stating " exiting the system GOODBYE" than it disconnects your call and hangs up on you. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
