We used Unisourse for a new roof. The job took several months to complete. Some of the time frame was due to weather, but some was related to poor organization within the company. There was also poor communication between Unisourse and us, which was frustrating. I would not recommend this company to others for a new roof.
Poor communication and internal coordination. I have been trying to get a proper quote from Unisource for several months with no luck. They initially provided a quote that lacked details on line items that didn’t seem to align with the scope of the project. I followed up a few times for details, waited several weeks to get a clear response - old quote vendor lacked capability to provide line item details and they have a new vendor now. Fantastic company!! Very professional and they do a great job of making sure they have met your needs. Did final walk through and Gene did a great job of spotting a couple small things that needed addressing and having the crew come out to take care of them.
Provided a comprehensive scope of work plan and explained pricing options well. Every inquiry was responded to in a timely manner. Crews were on time, polite, and cleaned up well during and after work was completed. A professional service from start to finish. We would use Unisource again and highly recommend them.
