Wow! I have a hard time mustering up any words ti describe the care I've received from Dr. Jacobs and associates (and that was just as a study patient!). Everyone here is attentive and friendly. Rosario is very-knowledgable! Linda, who dealt with me during the study was so professional and explained everything so thoroughly. Dr. Jacobs listened to my concerns and made a point not to write me off, without getting to the root of my issue, first. Thank you!
Great customer care! This facility is very clean and professional. I was a bit nervous but the nice lady Jazzmin took great care of me. The clinical trial for psoriasis really helped me! Service was quick and efficient.
Great staff and very attentive, made me feel welcomed. Dr. Jacobs is a great provider, payments for the clinical study have been received in full and on time, I highly recommend this place!!!
