Someone should remind them that people calling in are usually already going through some things so tone and kindness matters. Also, please educate that it is not insurance fraud if I choose to self pay. It is my right to see a doctor out of network if I prefer that doctor and Im willing to pay.

Miss an appointment, so I ran out of medication. And they wouldn't refill .And the lady hung up on me. So I having to go cold turkey without medicine, they don't care about you. That's proof.
