I'm not a fan of their intake process, which I find more complicated than necessary. However, that's just my personal opinion, as mental health is not my field of expertise. The purpose of this review is to highlight the excellent service I received today from the receptionist, Ty Hutto. The level of professionalism, customer service, and kindness were truly commendable.
They put me on 5 different medications and then when I needed a refill they said I would be able to get them yesterday before they closed. They never called me back and so I'm left without my medication and so today I try to go get it and they're closed! How are you gonna do that to your patients??? I'm in crisis now bc lazy people don't wanna do their job. If I kill myself it's your fault unison and everyone is gonna know
