this place sucks the desk people are in need of mental health first before they try to wait on anyone. and the wait there will cause mental health.
Why can't we charge doctors offices a fee for waiting more than 15 mins after our appointment time if they can charge us a fee for being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment?!?! Appointment was at 1:15...got here at 1:05...only ones here and the nurse is laughing with the receptionist and carrying on when she could be getting vitals...3 more people walk in...by this time appointment time of 1:15 has come and gone...nurse calls back all three others for vitals...it is now 1:40...still haven't even gotten vitals much l... read more
