I needed a touch up on my color, asked for a slightly darker hue, which is more my natural color. I was surprised that the stylist didn't get the hair samples out and discuss with me, but I made the mistake of trusting. I left there with blonde hair, which is so wrong with my skin tone. After she was done, she said she gave me honey blonde, which she said was the same color she used! Shocking. I will never return. The only good one there is a lady named Soon but she's always busy.
I just got the worst haircut, it is shorter on one side than the other and not cut like I ask her to. I wouldn't suggest anyone get a haircut there.
