Marie never disappoints.
I showed my barber a picture that I got from Google of a haircut that I wanted. I wanted the fade on the sides that the picture had. She completely shaved off the sides of my head leaving them bald. She asked me how it was. I told her than I wanted there to be a fade. She then said that it would be different from the picture. In my head I was thinking it already was different from the picture thanks to her. I then just decided to let her do whatever with my hair but it was really frustrating.
Booked an appointment at 8 am for 3:45 pm and was called at 3:15 to be notified the appointment was pushed back until 5pm. Never even offered a different person to cut my hair. Also the lady on the phone had an attitude when all I was asking were simple questions. Rolando is awesome though. Hopefully he leaves this place so I can get a cut by him again.
Marie is wonderful with both my boys..so glad their Grandfather found her (his cuts never looked better either) always takes the time ,Very attentive , Excellent !!
