I have been going to Uni's for a few years now to get my hair styled but recently in the last 6 months I have been very unhappy with the services I have received. Every time I went in to get my hair cut, I had to wait almost 1 hour after my appointment time to actually get my hair done as Uni seems to always be behind. You would think that customers that make an appointment would be prioritized over walk ins but that didn't always seem to be the case or she booked too many people in one day and didn't manage her time well. I love how my hair turned out. So much care and professionalism
Unisgives great service. I always leave satisfied with my hair. I have been along time customer. I decided to try her new sevice. I had a mancure and pedicure done. They have a private room and you cant help to feel relax with their massage chair. Nina listen to what you want done. I had biogel on my nails and sheliac and nail designe. Iwas happy with the service and loved my nails. I definately will be back.
I walked in and it was empty so i was able to get a wash+cut with no appointment and no wait! I asked for a simple haircut to right below my shoulders. I got exactly what I wanted and at the exact length, too!! The lady that was cutting my hair was very nice and friendly but she also let most of it go in silence (which I preferred) but it was evident that she can be very chatty and friendly!
