Received a pedicure and immediately one day afterwards I got a really bad infection on two of my toes, very unfortunate because the staff and salon were nice.
My mom went here to get a pedicure and polish removal. They were super professional, and they took the time to do it right! Plus, their prices are totally reasonable!
What a flipping mess ,and I have a clump on clear gel on the side of my thumb nail . I could have done better myself.
I have been in the customer service all my life, and I remember how proud our company was of the service we provided. This place probably the worst in its service. The prices have double and the quality has decreased 100%. We can't blame the president for everything We must do our part as well Inflation is his, the rest is on us!!
Thought I had a good rapport w my nail tech. I was wrong. Rude no acknowledgement.. Bye.
